Description

When you’re faced with difficult decisions or uncertainty, is your first impulse to collect and organize data? Do you thrive in environments where learning new things and gaining expertise in something previously unknown is the only way to succeed? The world of recruitment is evolving, and Crossover is challenging outdated methodologies with a clear, data-centric approach. Traditional recruitment processes fail to capitalize on global talent due to geographic and bias constraints, resulting in missing out on great hires.

At Crossover, we're pioneering a revolutionary model that leverages sophisticated data analysis to tap into the world's top 1% of talent, irrespective of their location. Our approach is not about filling seats; we aim to understand complex data patterns and optimize recruitment channels to connect exceptional individuals with extraordinary opportunities. This is about redefining the workspace, ensuring that every professional has access to high-value roles that match their expertise and ambition.

What this role is about:

  • Spearheading the optimization of diverse sourcing channels, from social media platforms to specialized job boards.
  • Collaborating closely with industry experts to refine strategies and implement data-backed decisions that significantly enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Constantly questioning the status quo, employing a rigorous experimental approach to test, adapt, and refine sourcing tactics.

Ready to be a part of a company that’s reshaping the future of work? We're looking for someone who doesn't just adapt to change but drives it. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply and take the first step toward a career that’s as ambitious as you are.

What you will be doing

  • Optimize and experiment with various sourcing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, and job boards to maximize recruitment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with platform experts to gain deep insights and continually refine your approach based on data-driven analysis.
  • Regularly generate a backlog of experimental ideas, prioritizing and adjusting them based on evolving knowledge and expert input.
  • Proactively propose and test new strategies, documenting all processes, results, and insights gained.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Limiting your questions or creativity—here, every question is valued, and every creative idea will be explored.
  • Working in a static recruitment role with limited growth or learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Revolutionize how Crossover sources top-tier talent by leveraging data and innovative sourcing strategies.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a robust approach to questioning and exploring data to uncover insights.
  • Excellent documentation skills, capable of clearly articulating findings, questions, and experimental results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with experts and utilize feedback to continuously improve strategies.
