Description

Are you tired of spending your days in endless marketing strategy meetings instead of doing the hands-on development work you love? Join a build-first environment where your HubSpot expertise converts briefs into live pages and slick automations that hit the ground running.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're revolutionizing education, enabling students to learn twice as much in half the time through our AI-powered mastery model. Our growth team moves just as fast, and we're looking for someone who thrives on turning concepts into quickly deployable HubSpot solutions.

In this vital role, you won’t just build assets—you’ll be the engineering backbone of our marketing operations. You’ll manage the HubSpot templates, pages, forms, and workflows that drive admissions and performance marketing, enabling strategists to focus on ideas while you deliver fast, visible results.

With autonomy and ownership, you’ll ensure our message reaches a broader audience and directly impacts the success of our campaigns. If you thrive on rapid builds, clean code, and measurable impact, we’d love to see what you can ship.

What you will be doing

  • Build modular, editable landing pages, email templates, and forms in HubSpot’s Design Manager, using dynamic content modules, embedded forms, and clean, mobile-responsive code to accelerate campaign launches.
  • Configure workflows that turn business logic into automated lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and campaign triggers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HubSpot assets, QA across devices, document setups, and rapidly fix or repurpose assets to keep performance at its peak.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sitting through long strategy meetings with no clear output.
  • Waiting on perfect designs before you can start building.
  • Getting stuck in vague conversations about funnel stages—you’ll execute, not theorize.
  • Managing cross-functional campaign calendars or owning marketing strategy.
  • Working with tools outside HubSpot or doing deep front-end dev work beyond HTML/CSS tweaks.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality HubSpot assets and automations that accelerate marketing execution and reduce manual effort across the team.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (CMS, workflows, forms).
  • Proven ability to independently build and troubleshoot HubSpot templates and automations.
  • At least one current HubSpot certification (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, Marketing Software).
  • Basic proficiency with HTML/CSS for layout edits and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear documentation habits.
  • Able to work US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting marketing ops in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Familiarity with performance marketing funnels or lead gen campaigns
  • Track record of building scalable, modular components in HubSpot
