Description

Are you tired of churning out forgettable blog posts that disappear into the digital void? Imagine writing content that fundamentally shifts how parents view their children's education—articles so compelling they bookmark them, share them, and use them to make life-changing decisions about their kids' futures.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code: students learn 2x faster in just 2 hours a day using AI-powered mastery learning, freeing up 4 hours for life skills that actually matter. But here's our challenge—most parents can't believe it's real. They've been burned by too many "revolutionary" education promises. This is where you come in. You'll craft the long-form, deeply researched content that transforms skeptics into believers, while simultaneously training our AI to write with the same conviction and clarity you bring.

You won't just write for humans—you'll teach machines how to capture the nuance, emotion, and expertise that makes parents stop scrolling and start dreaming about what's possible for their kids. Every article you create becomes both a beacon for families seeking better education and training data for the next generation of AI content tools. If you're passionate about using AI to amplify—not replace—your creative genius, obsessed with crafting compelling educational content, and energized by the opportunity to redefine how parents view education, this role will unlock your potential like never before.

What you will be doing

  • Research and write comprehensive, SEO-optimized educational articles (1,000–2,000+ words) that empower parents with actionable insights about nontraditional K-12 education models, while integrating 2 Hour Learning's educational philosophy seamlessly without promotional language.
  • Use generative AI tools to ideate, draft, and iterate content while applying sophisticated human editorial judgment to elevate AI-generated material into exceptional, publication-ready articles.
  • Structure and tag content variations explicitly for AI model training, maintaining detailed prompt records and optimization strategies for continuous improvement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Churning out high-volume, shallow SEO-bait listicles (e.g., “5 Tips for Better Learning”) that favor technical optimization over originality and offer parents no real value.
  • Accepting AI output at face value without rigorous editing, fact-checking, and philosophical alignment.
  • Producing high-volume, low-quality content that sacrifices depth and educational impact; your writing must genuinely drive both learning and qualified leads.
  • Enduring endless cross-department "make it sound like X" rewrites—you'll own the narrative and creative direction, not serve as a copy shop

Key responsibilities

Build a content engine of long-form, SEO-optimized educational articles that converts skeptical parents into believers, drives enrollment growth, and trains AI models to replicate your expertise and voice.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to ideate, generate, and improve written content — not just experimenting, but producing real, published outputs.
  • Deep expertise in the US K–12 education system, with a strong focus on private, charter, microschool, or alternative models
  • Exceptional long-form writing and editing skills
  • Based in the U.S. with the legal right to work without sponsorship
