In this role, you’ll lead customer implementations with full ownership from scope to adoption. You’ll define and enforce AI-native delivery playbooks. You’ll coach and manage a team of high-performers, not babysit B players. And when there’s an escalation, you’ll calmly de-escalate, fix the root cause, and restore confidence without breaking the system. You’ll be the external face of our delivery org, leading with clarity, precision, and zero fluff. You’ll run implementations like product launches, not like consulting gigs.
