Description

At LearnWith.AI, we're building AI-powered learning apps that help students score in the top 1% and reclaim time for the things that matter. But we don’t expect the world to take our word for it. We're looking for someone to run the real-world validation engine: sourcing qualified testers, supporting them at scale, and extracting the data that proves (or disproves) academic impact.

While most of the industry optimizes for retention and revenue, we care about something harder, which is whether the student actually learned what they're supposed to learn. In this role, you’ll be operating the live feedback loop that connects test users to the product team, making sure every insight is earned through usage, not assumptions. That means running paid acquisition campaigns, building scalable self-service systems, and continuously improving program quality based on usage data.

This isn’t a marketing gig, a customer success job, or a generic product ops role. It’s a full-stack accountability loop. You won’t be writing specs or building roadmaps—you’ll be building systems that answer one question: Did this thing actually work? You’ll succeed if you think like a scrappy founder, communicate like a teacher, and iterate like an engineer. You’ll hate this job if you want tight swim lanes, slow consensus, or a backlog to hide behind.

If you’re energized by owning the full system from outreach to outcomes, this role is for you. You’ll work directly with product leadership, operate at scale from day one, and help shape the future of AI in education. We’re scaling to a billion learners, and if you’re the kind of person who hears that and says “show me the funnel,” we want to talk.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and recruit users who meet the program’s criteria and get them signed up
  • Use AI tools to guide testers through their tasks and troubleshoot issues, enabling large-scale support with minimal manual effort
  • Review data every week to understand how testers are doing and suggest improvements to make the program better

Key responsibilities

  • Validate EdTech products that reliably deliver promised academic outcomes through real-world use

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a product owner or manager role in the software industry
  • Professional experience working in small, nimble teams
  • Professional experience building and optimizing acquisition funnels, scaling qualified testers, and reducing cost per qualified star
  • Professional experience with ad campaigns, landing pages, and user education content
  • Experience building AI automation workflows independently, either via coding or automation tools like Zapier
