This is not an administrative role. It is a control tower for a high-visibility founder.
You will operate as a senior executive partner to a visible founder, working in direct partnership with the Chief of Staff. Your job is to control time, access, and external communication with precision. Every inbound request, meeting, introduction, interview, and public appearance flows through you. You decide what earns attention, what gets redirected, and what does not move forward. If you prefer partnership over politics and shared control over ego, you will love this role.
This role is fully remote and fully embedded. You will be synced to the founder’s daily cadence, protecting deep work and shaping how the outside world interacts with the office. If you have supported a publicly visible CEO, hedge fund manager, investor, or UHNW principal, you understand the stakes. One poorly filtered meeting wastes hours. One careless email can damage reputation. Your judgment prevents both.
This role exists to protect and scale the founder’s impact. The right person brings discretion, speed, and independent decision-making. You know which conversations compound value and which create noise. If you are at your best when trusted with real authority, this is your seat.
Apply only if you have already operated at this level and want full ownership of it.
Protect and scale the founder’s effectiveness by exercising independent control over time, access, and external communication.
