We’re hiring a hands-on full-stack engineer who lives at the intersection of product, growth, and automation. If you can debug gnarly issues before the coffee cools, wire up clean Next.js/React code that survives regression tests, and make Firebase/GCP sing while piping reliable attribution data from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, you’ll ship work that immediately improves conversion insight and slashes operational load.
Your mandate is simple: keep the core stable, make the growth engine measurable, and automate the busywork out of existence. We don’t build “platforms” for their own sake. We wire engineering straight into marketing and product so decisions are driven by instrumented funnels. That means stable releases, real-time performance signals, reliable tracking, and tight ship-to-impact loops measured in a matter of days.
This is a builder/maintainer role. You’ll be the person who keeps the foundation stable while unlocking velocity—shipping fixes quickly, building processes or scripts for repeat QA asks, validating changes with regression tests, and instrumenting the journey so insights are always trustworthy. If you thrive on visible impact, rapid learning, and the satisfaction of turning a messy pipeline into a crisp system that the whole team relies on, step in and claim the responsibility. Apply if you’re ready to own the reliability, the integrations, and the automations that make the rest of the org move faster.
