As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll tackle intricate technical problems and ship features that drive meaningful outcomes. Your work will center on building transformative AI-driven products designed to reshape learning and development. This position is designed to generate real-world value through production-ready software. You'll leverage AI tooling and cloud-native architectures to construct full-stack systems addressing substantive challenges—not merely completing tasks. The expectation is rapid delivery without compromising quality, always selecting the most straightforward correct approach that harmonizes immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and Deploy Complete Features: Transform user stories into delivered value by clarifying needs, architecting scalable implementations, coding both backend and frontend layers, conducting thorough testing, and releasing to production
  • Diagnose and Resolve Defects: Trace issues to their underlying causes, address root problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through intelligent testing strategies
  • Elevate Engineering Standards: Conduct reviews of technical plans and code submissions to maintain clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at its source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting pixel-perfect interfaces or elaborate backend systems as ends in themselves
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with stakeholders
  • Merely delivering features; your mandate is solving genuine user problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships quickly, and preserves long-term maintainability

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience writing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Proven ownership: Verifiable experience owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not merely executing isolated tasks
  • Self-sufficient execution: Capacity to unblock yourself, establish your own rhythm, and navigate ambiguous scenarios independently
  • Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
