You'll contribute to products that are reshaping education:
- TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures in a TikTok-style learning format.
- TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting storytelling that enhances comprehension.
- TimeBack: Serves as a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, actively guiding students.
- Athena: Delivers measurable academic results through AI-generated videos and assessments.
This position is designed to create tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native platforms to develop full-stack systems that address meaningful challenges, not simply complete task lists. You'll be expected to deliver rapidly without sacrificing quality, selecting the simplest appropriate solution that harmonizes immediate velocity with long-term sustainability.

What you will be doing
- Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Own user stories from conception to delivery; clarify requirements, architect scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend code, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production
- Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause analysis, address underlying problems (not surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing
- Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from accumulating
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating pixel-perfect UIs or intricate backends for the sake of complexity
- Executing specifications blindly without grasping the underlying problem
- Spending time in endless meetings about roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders
- Simply delivering features; you'll be accountable for solving genuine problems
Key responsibilities
- Applying AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, ships quickly, and remains maintainable over time
Candidate requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
- Strong ownership: Proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond just executing isolated tasks
- Independent execution: The capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain situations
- Experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
