Join us to create cutting-edge AI-powered products that reshape how people learn and develop. Your work will center on rigorous execution, building products that are scalable, sustainable, and meaningful.

You'll contribute to products reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures in a TikTok-inspired learning format.
  • TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, immersive storytelling that improves understanding.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
  • Athena: Delivers measurable academic results through AI-generated videos and assessments.

This position is designed to create tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tooling and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack solutions that address real challenges, not simply complete task lists. You'll be required to deliver rapidly while maintaining standards, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Design and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories into delivered impact; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, validate thoroughly, and release to production
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Trace issues through systematic root cause investigation, address underlying problems (not superficial symptoms), and prevent recurrence through intelligent testing
  • Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to ensure precision, clarity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from accumulating

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends as ends in themselves
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending hours in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down colleagues
  • Merely delivering features; you'll own solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Leveraging AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, ships quickly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Strong ownership: Proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions
  • Independent execution: Capacity to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward through uncertain conditions
  • Experience leveraging generative A.I. in your regular development workflow
