Are you a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling complex problems and shipping high-impact features? We're building innovative AI-driven products that reshape how people learn and develop. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality execution while keeping our products scalable, maintainable, and meaningful.

The products you'll be working on are revolutionizing education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures in a TikTok-style learning platform.
  • TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting storytelling that enhances comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, providing proactive student coaching.
  • Athena: Delivers measurable academic results through AI-generated videos and assessments.

This position is designed to create real-world impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native technologies to construct full-stack systems that address meaningful challenges, not merely complete tasks. You'll ship quickly without compromising quality, selecting the simplest viable solution that maintains equilibrium between immediate velocity and long-term sustainability.

What you will be doing

  • Build and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to execution; clarify specifications, architect scalable solutions, develop backend and frontend code, conduct thorough testing, and deploy to production
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause analysis, address the underlying problems (not superficial symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing
  • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt before it accumulates

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends purely for technical demonstration
  • Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders
  • Simply delivering features; you'll be accountable for resolving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Leveraging AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).
  • Strong ownership: Proven experience owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond just executing isolated tasks
  • Independent execution: The capacity to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain situations
  • Experience utilizing generative A.I. in your daily development workflow
