Are you a Full-Stack Engineer driven by complex problem-solving and high-impact feature delivery? Our team is building AI-powered educational products that reshape how individuals learn and develop. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality execution that ensures scalability, maintainability, and meaningful impact.

The products you'll contribute to are reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning interface.
  • TeachTales: Delivers personalized, immersive storytelling experiences that enhance student comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot integrated into existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
  • Athena: Employs AI-generated video content and assessments to produce quantifiable academic results.

This position is centered on creating tangible impact through functional software. You'll apply AI tooling and cloud-native frameworks to construct full-stack systems that address substantive challenges, not merely complete task lists. The expectation is rapid delivery without compromising quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that harmonizes immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Own user stories from conception through impact; refine requirements, architect scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and deploy to production environments
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Conduct root cause investigations for issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through strategic testing practices
  • Elevate Code Standards: Examine plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems for complexity's sake alone
  • Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in protracted meetings about roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders
  • Simply delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Leveraging AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Strong ownership: Proven track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions
  • Independent execution: Capability to unblock yourself, establish your own momentum, and navigate forward through ambiguous circumstances
  • Experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow
