  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning interface.
  • TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting storytelling that enhances comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot that connects with existing applications, actively guiding students.
  • Athena: Employs AI-generated videos and assessments to produce measurable academic results.

This position is designed to create tangible impact through functional software. You'll leverage AI tools and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack systems that address significant challenges, not merely complete task lists. You'll be expected to deliver quickly while maintaining quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Design and Deliver Full-Stack Features: Guide user stories from concept to production; define requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend code, validate thoroughly, and deploy to live environments
  • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause investigation, address underlying problems (not merely surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing
  • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Evaluate plans and pull requests to guarantee clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends purely for complexity's sake
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in never-ending meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders
  • Simply delivering features; you'll be accountable for solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Leveraging AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).
  • Proven ownership: Demonstrated track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond just completing isolated tasks
  • Self-sufficient execution: The capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and discover solutions in unclear situations
  • Experience leveraging generative A.I. in your daily development workflow
