Description

You're an engineer who refuses to accept substandard code, inefficient deployments, or legacy development workflows. You don't simply write software—you architect AI-powered systems that make conventional engineering appear slow and wasteful. If this resonates with you, continue reading.

Most development teams remain stuck in outdated patterns—manual debugging sessions, guess-and-check deployments, and functionality that barely scratches the surface of AI beyond occasional Copilot prompts. Trilogy operates differently. AI permeates every stage of our development workflow: from initial feature conception through bug identification, defect remediation, and performance tuning. This isn't about experimenting with AI utilities; this is about embedding AI throughout the entire software lifecycle to remove inefficiency, accelerate delivery, and engineer with accuracy.

In this position, you will deconstruct existing B2B products, reconstruct them as cloud-native solutions, and enhance them with AI integration at every layer. You'll be building and shipping AI-enhanced features, applying advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for autonomous defect identification, and guaranteeing seamless releases—zero downtime, zero interruptions, zero compromises. If you're seeking a position where you spend weeks discussing architectural nuances rather than delivering results, look elsewhere.

If you're prepared to advance the frontier of AI-augmented software engineering and propel your career forward, submit your application now. If you prefer remaining in your comfort zone, manually authoring test cases, or collaborating with teams that resist automation, this opportunity isn't for you.

What you will be doing

  • Utilizing analytical tools and RAG vector databases to locate, troubleshoot, and resolve product defects and address bugs.
  • Harnessing AI development agents to architect, build, and ship cutting-edge features for cloud-native platforms.
  • Guiding AI agents and serving as the validation checkpoint for AI-generated outputs; AI results are not perfect and demand your engineering judgment.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repetitive Drudgery: We minimize tedious infrastructure overhead so you can concentrate on building innovative solutions.
  • Meeting Overload: We prioritize your development skills over conference room discussions. Expect more engineering, less deliberation.

Key responsibilities

  • Deploy AI-powered features to optimize workflows and equip service providers with transformative tools.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, focusing on production code for server-side web applications
  • At least 1 year of experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development (any cloud vendor)
  • Experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we are not looking for traditional ML engineers without LLM experience
  • Experience writing production-level code in at least two general-purpose coding languages, such as Typescript, Javascript, Python, or C#
  • Experience developing APIs
  • Experience using SQL databases
