LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Nova Academy is designed for students and families who demand more from education. That standard goes beyond the classroom. It manifests in the clarity of family communication, the security students experience, the efficiency of daily routines, and the speed with which issues are addressed. This position ensures all of those elements function reliably, day in and day out.
In this capacity, you will oversee the complete non-instructional operation of the campus. You will establish family trust through consistent, transparent communication. You will protect student safety by managing protocols and responding to incidents. You will coordinate facilities, logistics, and operational systems so that staff can remain focused on student outcomes. You will also ensure that technology enables learning rather than disrupting it.

What you will be doing
- Cultivating effective relationships with families, students, and staff using clear, bilingual communication strategies
- Directing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notification
- Supervising day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and office workflow
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to promote seamless adoption of campus procedures and culture
- Administering student technology and campus systems, acting as the primary on-site technical resource and Google Administrator

- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Functioning in a limited or strictly clerical capacity
- Operating within a slow-paced, entirely predictable setting
- Delegating issues rather than managing them to completion
Key responsibilities
Ensure Nova Academy functions securely, efficiently, and reliably so that students, staff, and families encounter a well-managed, trustworthy campus environment each day.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
- Proficiency with routine technology responsibilities including device configuration, troubleshooting, and user account management
- Effective written and spoken communication abilities
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks with precision and care
- Fluency in both spoken Spanish and English for effective communication
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or readiness to relocate
Nice to have
- 3 or more years of experience in operational management
- Prior experience functioning as a Google Administrator
- Background in event planning and execution
