LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.
A well-functioning campus feels orderly, calm, and inviting—because someone behind the scenes is making countless decisions to maintain that environment.
Nova Academy is designed for students and families who demand more from education. That standard goes beyond the classroom. It manifests in the clarity of family communication, the security students experience, the efficiency of daily routines, and the speed with which issues are addressed. This position ensures all of those elements function reliably, day in and day out.
In this capacity, you will oversee the complete non-instructional operation of the campus. You will establish family trust through consistent, transparent communication. You will protect student safety by managing protocols and responding to incidents. You will coordinate facilities, logistics, and operational systems so that staff can remain focused on student outcomes. You will also ensure that technology enables learning rather than disrupting it.
This is a practical, community-oriented role for someone who values variety, accountability, and service. If you find energy in resolving challenges, strengthening a community, and building an environment where both students and staff succeed, this position provides substantial ownership and influence.
Ensure Nova Academy functions securely, efficiently, and reliably so that students, staff, and families encounter a well-managed, trustworthy campus environment each day.
