Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by delays when you know you could resolve issues immediately? At Nova Academy, you'll serve as the go-to expert who ensures smooth campus operations, addressing challenges with efficiency, innovation, and accountability.

Your responsibilities will span device troubleshooting, seamless event coordination, and campus safety management—all mission-critical functions. Your contributions will be recognized and valued as you develop strong connections with students, parents, and staff who depend on your skill and commitment. At Nova Academy, each day brings purpose, variety, and genuine fulfillment.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learning from the Best: Work alongside seasoned professionals throughout our network, acquiring knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional development.
  • Growth Opportunities: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you'll gradually assume expanded responsibilities—ranging from parent engagement to operational management—enhancing your skillset and impact.
  • Playbook for Success: Utilize a proven operational framework, becoming proficient in developing, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across a fast-growing school network.
  • Training and Mentorship: As your expertise grows, you'll play a key role in onboarding and mentoring new team members at different campuses.

What you will be doing

  • Taking charge of day-to-day campus functions—spanning fire safety, staff onboarding, and maintaining an optimal learning environment.

  • Preparing professional, polished environments for events and guaranteeing flawless execution.
  • Establishing credibility with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and superior service.
  • Upholding campus security by implementing robust protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing safety standards.

  • Engaging in teaching or curriculum design—your mandate is operational excellence, not instructional delivery.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting passively for decisions—this role demands proactive initiative and ownership.
  • Operating independently—your success depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Performing monotonous, routine tasks—expect diversity and substantive challenges in your daily work.

Key responsibilities

Maintain flawless campus operations while fostering trust and providing exceptional support to students, staff, and parents.
