LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating successful events and maintaining campus security—all mission-critical work. What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of daily campus operations—from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technical challenges directly: diagnosing problems, overseeing device migrations, and acting as the primary resource for technology support.
  • Preparing polished, professional event spaces and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Establishing trust with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus security through robust protocols, emergency drills, and safety measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching classes or designing curriculum—your primary focus is operational excellence, not instruction.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to act—this role demands proactive ownership and initiative.
  • Operating independently—success in this position depends on collaboration and active community involvement.
  • Settling into repetitive or monotonous routines—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot issues and manage operational logistics confidently
  • Knowledge of IT systems or technical support functions
  • Background in customer-facing positions
  • Capability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken Spanish and English
  • A robust sense of ownership and a drive to take initiative
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in operational management
  • Background working as a Google Administrator
  • Experience in planning and executing events
