Description

LOCATION NOTE: This position is based on-site at our Austin, TX campus.

Are you frustrated by delays when you could resolve issues yourself in moments? At Nova Academy, you'll serve as the go-to expert ensuring seamless campus functionality, addressing operational obstacles with agility, resourcefulness, and full accountability.

Your responsibilities will span from resolving technical device issues to orchestrating successful events and maintaining campus security—all mission-critical work. Your contributions will be recognized: you'll develop meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff who depend on and appreciate your skills. At Nova Academy, your workday is more than packed—it's purposeful, varied, and genuinely fulfilling.

Why Nova Academy?

  • Learning from the Best: Work alongside seasoned professionals throughout our network, absorbing knowledge and skills that accelerate your professional trajectory.
  • Growth Opportunities: With guidance from the Campus Director and Lead Campus Coordinator, you'll steadily expand your responsibilities—from parent engagement to operational management—enhancing your capabilities and impact.
  • Playbook for Success: Leverage a proven operational framework, developing proficiency in creating, refining, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a fast-growing school network.

What you will be doing

  • Taking full ownership of daily campus operations—covering fire safety, staff onboarding, and maintaining an uninterrupted learning environment.
  • Addressing technical challenges directly: diagnosing problems, overseeing device migrations, and acting as the primary resource for technology support.
  • Preparing professional, well-organized spaces for events and guaranteeing flawless execution.
  • Cultivating trust with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus safety via robust protocols, emergency drills, and security oversight.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching or curriculum development—your priority is operational excellence, not educational content.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to act—this position demands proactive ownership.
  • Operating in silos—success in this role depends on teamwork and active community involvement.
  • Being confined to routine or repetitive duties—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.
