Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.

Whether you're resolving technical device issues, orchestrating seamless events, or maintaining campus security, your contributions will be essential. Your efforts will be recognized—you'll develop meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff who appreciate your skill and commitment. At Nova Academy, your workday is more than just active—it's purposeful, varied, and genuinely fulfilling.

Why Nova Academy?

What you will be doing

  • Managing day-to-day campus operations—covering everything from fire safety protocols to staff onboarding and maintaining an optimal learning environment.

  • Preparing professional, welcoming environments for events and guaranteeing flawless execution.
  • Establishing credibility with students, parents, and staff through transparent communication and superior service delivery.
  • Maintaining campus safety by implementing effective protocols, conducting drills, and enforcing security standards.

  • Teaching classes or designing curriculum—your priority is operational excellence, not academic instruction.
  • Following inflexible procedures or waiting for others to act—this position demands proactive ownership.
  • Operating in a silo—achievement in this role depends on teamwork and community involvement.
  • Being confined to monotonous or repetitive duties—this role provides diversity and substantive challenges.
