What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate seamless daily campus operations that enable our revolutionary 2-Hour Learning model to function at peak efficiency
  • Execute strategic technology support and Google Workspace administration, troubleshooting issues and coordinating advanced IT solutions
  • Cultivate exceptional community relationships with students, parents, and staff through proactive, solution-focused communication
  • Design and implement comprehensive campus safety protocols that maintain our secure, high-performance learning environment
  • Lead critical campus initiatives including high-impact events, strategic staff onboarding, and facility optimization that directly supports student acceleration

  • Getting lost in traditional school bureaucracy or meaningless administrative busy work that doesn't advance our mission
  • Teaching academics or curriculum development – our expert guides handle student mentorship while you drive operational excellence

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of high-impact operational management in education, premium hospitality, events, or similar environments where excellence is non-negotiable
  • Proven mastery of crisis management, strategic initiative-taking, and seamless multi-priority execution under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency with IT troubleshooting, Google Workspace administration, and technology systems that support high-performance environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that build trust, solve problems, and strengthen community bonds
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and commitment to full-time, on-site presence at our NYC campus
