What you will be doing

  • Orchestrate seamless day-to-day campus functionality and workflow optimization.
  • Provide frontline technology assistance, managing basic device issues and liaising with technical specialists as required.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships within our community ecosystem - students, families, and team members - through transparent communication.
  • Execute and maintain comprehensive campus security measures, creating a protected learning environment.
  • Champion essential campus initiatives including special events, new team member integration, and facility oversight.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering instruction or creating educational content - our specialized guides manage student development while you drive operational mastery
  • Operating in a vacuum without meaningful connection to student success and family experience
  • Managing mundane paperwork that doesn't directly advance our vision of unlimited, accelerated learning

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years orchestrating complex operations across education, event management, hospitality, or comparable sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, proactive problem-solving, and autonomous multi-project coordination
  • Proficiency in fundamental IT support and Google Workspace management
  • Exceptional communication skills that foster community connection and organizational trust
  • US work authorization without sponsorship requirements and commitment to full-time NYC on-site presence
