AI offers a clear path forward, yet most organizations have not successfully harnessed it, leading to suboptimal system performance and innovation constraints. Research indicates that 73% of organizations face deployment delays and operational downtime, largely driven by legacy workflows and insufficient AI-enabled automation.

IgniteTech is addressing these challenges directly by developing cloud solutions that place AI at their core, engineered to identify and mitigate issues proactively. Our approach embeds AI and machine learning across all layers of cloud infrastructure operations—spanning automated monitoring frameworks to intelligent continuous integration and delivery pipelines. The result is infrastructure that self-heals and adapts continuously, minimizing downtime, boosting performance, and expanding the capabilities of cloud platforms.

This position differs from conventional site reliability roles that center on reactive problem-solving and manual system intervention. In this capacity, you will spearhead the creation of AI-augmented monitoring platforms capable of detecting and resolving 95% of incidents before users are affected. You will also design and oversee AI-powered CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment durations by 30% and dramatically reduce the need for manual action. What you will be doing

  • Deploying AI-powered monitoring solutions that automatically identify, forecast, and remediate issues before they disrupt operations
  • Overseeing CI/CD pipelines enhanced by AI-driven automation to improve deployment speed and minimize manual effort

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating exclusively on manual monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and system upkeep; your objective is to enable AI to perform these functions autonomously

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless scalability and performance optimization for AI-driven cloud services, maintaining 99.99% uptime while providing AI-enhanced software upgrades and customizations aligned with clients' changing requirements

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before turning to AI tools for verification or enhancement, rather than leveraging AI from the outset, then this role is not suitable)
  • A minimum of 3 years of DevOps experience, encompassing automation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure operations
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Competence in AI and machine learning technologies applied to monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics (or a demonstrated readiness to learn and adopt AI-centric technologies)
  • Solid programming and scripting capabilities, with a track record of automating workflows and creating AI-driven solutions
