This position differs from conventional site reliability work centered on reactive problem-solving and manual system intervention. Instead, you'll spearhead the creation of AI-enhanced observability systems capable of detecting and resolving 95% of incidents before users are affected. You'll also design and operate AI-automated CI/CD workflows that cut deployment times by 30% while dramatically reducing manual touchpoints. What you will be doing
- Deploying AI-based observability solutions that automatically detect, forecast, and remediate issues before operational impact occurs
- Operating CI/CD pipelines enhanced with AI-driven automation to improve deployment velocity and minimize manual intervention
What you will NOT be doing
- Concentrating primarily on manual monitoring, reactive troubleshooting, and hands-on system maintenance; the objective is to enable AI to handle these functions autonomously
Key responsibilities
- Deliver seamless scalability and performance optimization for AI-powered cloud infrastructure, maintaining 99.99% uptime while executing AI-enhanced software upgrades and customizations aligned with evolving client requirements
Candidate requirements
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before using AI tools for verification or enhancement, rather than leveraging AI from the outset, this role is not suitable)
- Minimum of 3 years of DevOps experience, including automation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Competence in AI and machine learning tools applied to monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics (or demonstrated commitment to learning and adopting AI-driven technologies)
- Solid programming and scripting capabilities, with proven experience in task automation and development of AI-driven workflows
