You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication ability, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to coach performance. You will establish clear expectations, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that meets real-world standards.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside traditional education—whether building a product, growing an audience, operating within a startup, or delivering results in a demanding environment—and are ready to leverage that background to develop the next generation.
