Alpha is creating a reimagined high school experience—one where students aren't passive recipients of lectures or memorizers of facts. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and evolve. They launch projects, validate ideas, and cultivate practical skills that many adults never acquire. Your role is to ensure they follow through effectively and consistently.
You will engage directly with high school students as they create businesses, manage projects, and build the confidence, communication skills, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to guide execution. You will establish high expectations, enforce accountability, and challenge students to deliver work that holds up in real-world contexts.
This position is for individuals who have achieved something substantive outside academic settings—built a product, cultivated an audience, operated within a startup, or produced results in a dynamic environment—and are motivated to channel that experience into developing the next generation.
