You will engage directly with high school students as they launch enterprises, manage initiatives, and cultivate the confidence, articulation skills, and competence necessary for success beyond the classroom. Your role is not theoretical instruction. Your role is execution coaching. You will establish rigorous expectations, maintain accountability, and drive students to produce work that meets real-world standards.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished substantive work outside academic settings—developed a product, expanded an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in dynamic environments—and who wish to leverage that background to cultivate emerging talent.
