You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and capabilities needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to facilitate execution. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to create work that meets real-world benchmarks.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something substantial outside traditional academic settings—whether building a product, expanding an audience, operating within a startup, or delivering results in a demanding environment—and wish to leverage that experience to develop the next generation.
