What you will be doing

  • Optimize AI solution deployment across AWS infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade performance, security, and seamless integration

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing conventional code bases—our AI-first approach means you'll direct AI systems to handle implementation details while you focus on architecture and strategy
  • Solving repetitive problems—each challenge requires novel thinking and innovative approaches to automation
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we prioritize rapid implementation and measurable results over procedural formalities

Key responsibilities

Architect and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponential productivity gains and transformative business impact at scale.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively approach problems by leveraging AI capabilities before considering traditional coding solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with verifiable results
  • Advanced Python proficiency and comprehensive AWS platform knowledge
  • Practical expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
  • Proven track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to solve complex business challenges
