You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to guide execution. You will establish demanding standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to create work that holds up in professional contexts. As the program expands, your impact grows; your workshops become embedded in the school's core operations, and the students you develop serve as evidence of what this model can achieve.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside traditional academic settings, launched a product, built an audience, worked within a startup, or produced results in a dynamic environment, and who want to leverage that experience to develop emerging talent.
