Marketing Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: This position requires in-person attendance at our Austin, Texas campus.

Traditional schools focus on telling students what to think. This position is designed to show them how to execute.

Alpha is creating a new kind of high school—one where students don't passively absorb lectures or memorize facts. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and grow. They launch projects, experiment with ideas, and acquire real-world capabilities that most adults never obtain. Your responsibility is to ensure they follow through and perform at a high standard.

You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to guide execution. You will establish high expectations, maintain accountability, and challenge students to create work that holds up in professional environments.

This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside academic settings—built a product, expanded an audience, worked within a startup, or generated results in a demanding environment—and are ready to apply that expertise to mentor the next generation. If you seek a conventional teaching position, this is not it. If you aim to influence how driven teenagers think, behave, and deliver, this is the opportunity.

If you've achieved something tangible in your career and are prepared to dedicate your time to pushing motivated teenagers toward their full potential, this is the place. Apply now

  • Teaching traditional lectures or following a standardized curriculum
  • Grading large volumes of homework or emphasizing theoretical understanding
