You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication ability, and competence needed for success beyond the academic setting. You are not present to deliver theoretical instruction. You are here to guide execution. You will establish elevated expectations, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce outputs that meet real-world standards.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside traditional classroom settings—developed a product, expanded an audience, operated within a startup environment, or delivered results in dynamic conditions—and seek to leverage that background to cultivate emerging talent.
