At Alpha High School's revolutionary AlphaX program, we're not just teaching social media – we're cultivating the next wave of digital leaders. We're seeking a Marketing Director who's mastered the art of building powerful online presences and is ready to mentor ambitious teens in doing the same.

Think of this as being a digital architect for 50 emerging personal brands. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and proven growth strategies to help students transform their passions into influential online platforms. This isn't about teaching basic posting schedules – it's about empowering the next generation of digital entrepreneurs.

What you will be doing

  • Design and lead dynamic workshops that transform students into strategic content creators
  • Mentor students in leveraging AI tools for content optimization and growth
  • Guide personal brand development, helping students monetize their expertise
  • Develop frameworks for measuring meaningful engagement and impact
  • Facilitate connections with industry influencers and digital marketing experts

What you will NOT be doing

  • Recycling obsolete social media strategies that don't reflect current trends
  • Focusing on superficial metrics instead of meaningful engagement
  • Managing institutional social media accounts
  • Getting caught up in bureaucratic paperwork
