Most educational institutions teach students what to think. This position exists to train them how to execute.
Alpha is creating a fundamentally different high school—one where students don't passively attend lectures or memorize information. They build, launch, communicate, and advance. You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication ability, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to coach execution. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to create work that holds up in professional environments.
This position is designed for individuals who have accomplished something substantial outside academia—built a product, expanded an audience, operated within a startup, or delivered results in a dynamic environment—and want to leverage that experience to develop the next generation.
