Alpha is creating a fundamentally different high school—one where students don't attend lectures or memorize information. Instead, they build, ship, communicate, and grow. They launch projects, validate ideas, and acquire real-world capabilities that many adults never obtain. Your responsibility is to ensure they execute effectively and consistently.
You will engage directly with high school students as they create businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence needed to thrive beyond the classroom. You are not hired to deliver theory. You are here to coach implementation. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to produce work that holds up in professional contexts. As the program scales, your impact expands; your workshops become integral to the school's operational structure, and the students you mentor become evidence of what this approach produces.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something substantive outside traditional academic settings—developed a product, expanded an audience, worked in a startup environment, or delivered results in a high-velocity setting—and wish to channel that experience toward developing the next generation.
