Campus Operations Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person role located at our NYC campus.

Are you tired of cookie-cutter educational environments that underestimate brilliant minds? At Alpha, we're revolutionizing education for students who deserve more than the traditional classroom can offer. We need a driven team member who thrives on creating seamless operations that support extraordinary learning.

Alpha isn't just another private school - we're preparing tomorrow's leaders through rigorous academics combined with life skills mastery. Our students complete high school academics by 8th grade with 5s on APs and 1350+ SAT scores. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our innovative campus, ensuring that our 2-Hour Learning model runs flawlessly while our students accelerate through academics at 2x the traditional pace.

You'll manage everything from campus safety protocols to tech administration, allowing our guides to focus entirely on mentoring these exceptional minds. Unlike traditional school administrative roles, you'll be working in an environment where academic competition is celebrated, independence is fostered, and students are pushed to reach their limitless potential. If you're ready to support an educational revolution that develops not just brilliant minds but well-rounded leaders, join us and help shape the future of gifted education.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure smooth daily operations at our campus.
  • Handle basic technology support, including simple device troubleshooting and coordinating with IT when needed.
  • Build strong community ties with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.
  • Implement and uphold campus safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all.
  • Support key campus activities, including events, staff onboarding, and facility management.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching academics or developing curriculum - our guides handle student mentorship while you focus on operational excellence
  • Working in isolation without meaningful impact on student outcomes and family satisfaction
  • Handling routine administrative tasks that don't directly support our mission of accelerated, limitless learning
