What you will be doing

  • Crafting responsive, solution-oriented communications with parents across multiple channels, embodying our distinctive Unbound voice
  • Executing swift follow-up with prospective families, orchestrating compelling experience days, and securing attendance commitments
  • Ensuring data integrity across our digital ecosystem, including HubSpot, SIS platforms, and integrated systems
  • Creating and optimizing communication templates and automated workflows that elevate efficiency while maintaining our brand identity
  • Generating comprehensive attendance and compliance reports through teacher collaboration and innovative digital solutions

  • Wrestling with outdated paperwork processes that modern technology can streamline
  • Conforming to traditional office hours or physical location constraints
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval labyrinths that compromise parent satisfaction

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2-year track record in educational administrative settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Student Information Systems (SIS)
  • Proven capability in telephone-based outreach or support (minimum 1 year)
  • Exceptional communication prowess, both written and verbal
  • Authorization to work within the United States without sponsorship requirements
  • Current Arizona residency to accommodate occasional in-person commitments
