Administrative Assistant   $40,000 USD/year

Description

Are you ready to be the heartbeat of an innovative online education revolution? At Unbound Academy, we're reimagining how families experience education, and we need a dynamic Administrative Assistant who can transform every parent interaction into a moment of clarity and confidence.

Picture yourself orchestrating seamless digital operations while being the warm, knowledgeable voice that guides families through their educational journey. In this fully remote role, you'll leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and create meaningful connections that turn curious parents into committed members of our learning community.

If you're someone who finds joy in both precise data management and nurturing human connections, who thrives in a digital-first environment, and who believes in the power of personalized education – we want to meet you.

What you will be doing

Your role will be a dynamic blend of relationship building and operational excellence:

  • Be our families' first point of contact, crafting thoughtful responses across multiple channels that reflect our commitment to personalized education
  • Transform prospective families into engaged community members through proactive outreach and event coordination
  • Master our digital ecosystem (HubSpot, SIS, etc.) to maintain pristine family and student records
  • Pioneer new ways to streamline communication through smart automation and template development
  • Collaborate with our teaching team to create comprehensive attendance and compliance reports using innovative digital solutions

What you will NOT be doing

This isn't your traditional administrative role. You won't be:

  • Buried in outdated paperwork – we embrace automation and digital efficiency
  • Tied to a physical desk or conventional 9-to-5 schedule
  • Caught in bureaucratic red tape that delays parent support
  • Limited to basic administrative tasks without room for innovation and growth

Key responsibilities

Your mission is twofold: drive enrollment growth through exceptional parent engagement while maintaining impeccable operational standards through precise student information management. Success means every parent feels heard, every record is accurate, and our school community thrives.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A proven track record of 2+ years in an educational setting, understanding the unique dynamics of school operations
  • Hands-on experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), demonstrating technical adaptability
  • A minimum of 1 year excelling in phone-based communication, whether in support or outreach roles
  • The ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism in both written and verbal forms
  • Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
  • Current residence in Arizona to accommodate occasional in-person needs
