Your day will shift fluidly between engaging parents in real-time conversations and executing precise record updates that keep operations compliant and streamlined. You will manage critical details, anticipate challenges, and ensure educators can devote their energy to instruction instead of administrative tasks.

What you will be doing
- Addressing parent inquiries through email, phone, and text channels, delivering timely and precise information aligned with Novatio's standards
- Reaching out to new leads within 24 hours, arranging experience days, and confirming participation in scheduled events
- Ensuring accurate, complete student and family data across HubSpot, the SIS, and associated systems
- Creating and optimizing templates and automated sequences to maintain communication efficiency and brand consistency
- Generating attendance and compliance reports by collaborating with teachers and utilizing current digital platforms
What you will NOT be doing
- Handling repetitive paperwork tasks that automation can replace
- Operating from a conventional office setting or adhering to fixed on-site schedules
- Pursuing signatures or navigating lengthy approval processes that delay family service
- Remaining limited to routine duties with no path for strategic advancement
Key responsibilities
Drive enrollment growth and maintain operational compliance through outstanding parent communication and accurate student information oversight.
Candidate requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school environment
- Prior experience using Student Information Systems (SIS)
- At least 1 year of outbound calling or phone-based support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Texas resident due to occasional in-person support needs
