In this capacity, you will guide every family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, ensuring that each touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, approachability, and academic excellence. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, orchestrate impactful admissions events, and sustain precise applicant data that supports sound decision-making.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where responsiveness, structured execution, and accuracy shape family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role provides remote flexibility alongside consistent in-person involvement at admissions activities.
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or virtual
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows remain current and precise
This position ensures that a fluid, high-conversion admissions journey fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction throughout Alpha's campuses.
