In this capacity, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through final enrollment, ensuring all touchpoints embody Alpha's precision, care, and high standards. Your work will include managing day-to-day correspondence, organizing impactful admissions experiences, and keeping applicant data current to support sound decision-making.

What you will be doing
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor electronic admissions documentation with meticulous accuracy
Attend all admissions activities, such as information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether held on-site or virtually
- Create admissions policy or render final acceptance decisions
- Work exclusively in operational roles without direct family engagement
- Function within a slow-moving, process-heavy institutional structure
- Prioritize relationship development without rigorous execution and accountability

Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
- High attention to detail and proven experience managing accurate applicant databases or CRM systems
- Comfortable managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
- Able to adjust rapidly and excel in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in NYC; currently based in NY or prepared to relocate
Nice to have
- Experience in education, enrollment operations, or school administration
- Prior involvement in admissions programming or personalized onboarding workflows
- Familiarity with rapidly evolving, technology-driven work environments
