Success in this role depends on your ability to establish trust with a parent within moments of making contact. This position suits someone who thrives on outreach, maintains disciplined follow-up, and can articulate a non-traditional learning model without depending on scripts. If phone-based communication drains you or you prefer work that lacks measurable outcomes, this is not the right opportunity.
Unbound Academy operates as a tuition-free virtual public charter school with a distinctive educational framework. Students complete their core curriculum in concentrated time blocks using AI-enhanced learning tools, then dedicate the remainder of their day to hands-on skill development through enrichment and project-based work. You will serve as the first substantive connection for families considering this alternative.
Your weekly responsibilities include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through each stage of admissions, and converting initial curiosity into completed enrollments. You will also attend and represent Unbound Academy at community events to create new opportunities and increase local visibility. During slower enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.
If you're seeking a position where your communication skills, accountability, and initiative directly drive student enrollment outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
Transform incoming family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete the enrollment process at Unbound Academy.
