If you are able to establish trust with a parent within the first moments of a conversation, this role will be a strong fit. This position is designed for someone who thrives on outreach, stays consistent with follow-up, and can confidently explain a new learning model without depending on scripts. If phone conversations are not your strength or you prefer positions that lack clear performance metrics, this opportunity may not align with your goals.
Unbound Academy is a virtual, tuition-free public charter school that supports students through a distinctive model. Students complete their core academics in a focused time block with AI-supported learning, then spend the remainder of their day building real-world skills through enrichment and projects. You will serve as the first meaningful contact point for families considering this option.
On a weekly basis, you will respond promptly to new inquiries, guide families through the admissions pathway, and transition them from initial interest to completed enrollment. You will also represent Unbound Academy at community events to generate new leads and raise awareness locally. During slower enrollment periods, you will support school operations while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.
If you are looking for a role where your communication skills, follow-through, and sense of ownership directly shape student enrollment outcomes, we are interested in speaking with you.
Transform new family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who complete the enrollment process at Unbound Academy.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
