LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations.
Many schools isolate operations behind closed doors, bureaucratic processes, and approval hierarchies. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you front and center throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving technology problems, managing arrival procedures, reassuring concerned parents, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring the campus environment reflects Alpha's standards of safety, professionalism, and excellence.
This position suits someone capable of balancing warmth with professionalism, maintaining structure without rigidity, and demonstrating confidence while staying grounded in the work. You will take ownership of nearly all non-instructional operations: family communications, attendance management, campus security, facility maintenance, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate when left unaddressed.
You will not be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You will receive procedural guides, remote assistance, and defined expectations, but you must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment independently. In return, you will become the reliable presence families trust, the resource guides depend on, and the approachable adult students turn to when problems arise.
If you are seeking a high-visibility school operations position where service orientation, decision-making, communication skills, and accountability are essential daily, submit your application now.
Establish a secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that consistently earns the confidence of students, parents, and staff.
