In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, approachability, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and keep accurate applicant data that supports sound decision-making.
If you excel in a dynamic, purpose-driven setting—where responsiveness, structure, and accuracy have a direct effect on family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role provides both remote flexibility and consistent in-person involvement at admissions activities.
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, both on-site and virtually
