In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through final enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, approachability, and excellence. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and uphold precise applicant tracking that supports informed decision-making.

Take ownership of the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding accuracy and care
Engage in all admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or virtual
Work in close partnership with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
Maintain current and accurate admissions systems, documentation, and follow-up activities
This position ensures that a smooth, high-performing admissions process generates strong enrollment results and family satisfaction throughout Alpha's campus network.
