In this position, you'll guide every family's experience from initial outreach through final enrollment, making certain each touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and high standards. You'll manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions experiences, and keep applicant data reliable and current to support sound decision-making.

Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Collaborate closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with precision and timeliness
