Alpha School is expanding a new model of school network. This expansion generates a challenging operational demand: thousands of student documents, enrollment packages, transcripts, medical files, attendance records, and compliance procedures must remain precise as the organization grows. This work lacks glamour. It is critical. Accurate records enable schools to function smoothly, families to receive proper support, and leadership to avoid administrative burden.
You will manage the high-volume processes supporting enrollment and student records throughout a multi-campus education network. During a standard week, you will examine intake documentation, handle records requests, maintain student information systems, conduct data audits, address inconsistencies, and assist with registrar operations. As Alpha continues adding campuses and students, your contributions will form part of the operational infrastructure that allows the network to expand without disorder.
