Building and maintaining a relationship with a billionaire—and earning their confidence on one of the most critical choices they'll make for their child—is the essence of this role. If your instinct leans toward "processing applications" or "managing a pipeline," this position isn't for you. If you instinctively take full ownership of relationships over the long term, this could be the most meaningful role of your career.
Founders School is a four-year high school program in which students launch real businesses with the goal of reaching $1M in profit by the time they graduate. Annual tuition is $150K, and we guarantee that $1M profit outcome—or we refund the full tuition. Launching in New York City in Fall 2026 with an inaugural cohort of 20 students, the program is designed to scale to 1,000 students over time. Our families rank among the world's most accomplished and discerning individuals—many possess net worths in the hundreds of millions to billions. Every single one of those relationships requires dedicated, end-to-end ownership from first contact through enrollment and well beyond.
This role is more akin to investor relations at a premier fund than traditional private school admissions. You will steward a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, guide them through a rigorous engagement process, support their commitment to a significant decision, and sustain those relationships over years—building trust that compounds as families re-enroll, bring in siblings, and refer peers.
Similar to a fund's operating calendar, the year follows two cycles: an active phase focused on cultivating relationships with prospective families and advancing them toward commitment, and a maintenance phase dedicated to keeping enrolled families engaged, proactively informed, and confident enough to renew their trust and bring in referrals.
Within six months, you will own the complete pipeline of prospective NYC families—each one engaged in a real relationship with you, and the heads of school will no longer be the constraint on any sub-top-tier relationship. Families in the Fall 2027 cohort will have been personally guided from initial interest through enrollment, every enrolled family will be on a proactive touchpoint schedule, and you will have created the first iteration of the talk track and family-relationship playbook that does not currently exist.
Within twelve months, the NYC funnel will operate as a system under your management, not as an improvised effort—you will be able to articulate pipeline status, conversion metrics, and the health of every family relationship at any moment. Enrolled families will be renewing their trust and generating referrals; retention and referral outcomes will be measurably attributable to you.
As the program grows toward 1,000 students and expands to multiple cities, you will build and lead the enrollment team—hiring, training, and defining the family experience across all campuses. You are joining at the foundational level of the function that determines whether Founders School attracts and retains the right families.
