You understand how to cultivate a relationship with a billionaire — and how to secure their confidence in the most significant decision they'll make for their child. That is the role. If your default response is to "manage applications" or "optimize a funnel," this position is not for you. If your default is to take complete ownership of a relationship over the long term, this may be the most rewarding opportunity of your career.
Founders School is a four-year secondary school program in which students launch genuine companies with a goal of $1M in profit by the time they graduate. Annual tuition stands at $150K, and we provide a guarantee: $1M in profit by graduation, or full tuition reimbursement. The program begins in New York City in Fall 2026 with an inaugural class of 20 students, with plans to scale to 1,000. The families we serve are among the most accomplished and selective individuals globally — many hold net worths in the hundreds of millions to billions. Each of these relationships must be owned by someone from initial contact through enrollment and well beyond.
This role resembles managing investor relations at a premier fund — not overseeing admissions at a private institution. You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, shepherd them through a rigorous engagement process, secure their commitment to a substantial decision, and sustain the relationship over years so trust deepens: they renew enrollment, enroll additional children, and recommend peers.
Much like a fund, the calendar follows two cadences: an active phase during which you cultivate relationships with prospective families and advance them toward commitment, and a sustaining phase where you keep enrolled families engaged, proactively informed, and satisfied enough to renew their confidence and introduce others.
Within 6 months, you will own the complete pipeline of prospective New York City families — each one has an authentic relationship with you, and school leadership is no longer the constraint on any relationship beneath the highest tier. Families in the Fall 2027 cohort have been personally guided from curiosity to enrollment, every enrolled family receives proactive touchpoints on a regular cadence, and you have developed the initial version of the messaging framework and family-relationship playbook that does not currently exist.
By 12 months, the New York City funnel operates as a system under your stewardship, not an improvisation — you can describe the pipeline, the conversion metrics, and the status of every family relationship at any moment. Enrolled families are renewing their commitment and referring their networks; retention and referral outcomes are directly attributable to you.
As the program expands toward 1,000 students across multiple cities, you will recruit and lead the enrollment team reporting to you — sourcing, onboarding, and defining the family experience at every location. You are entering at the foundational stage of the function that will determine whether Founders School attracts the right families to fill its seats.
