You understand what it takes to cultivate a relationship with someone whose net worth reaches into the billions — and how to become the trusted advisor behind their most consequential decision for their child. That is the essence of this position. If your default is to "manage leads" or "optimize conversions," you will not succeed here. If your default is to take complete ownership of a relationship over the long term, this may be the most meaningful role of your career.
Founders School is a four-year high school where students launch genuine businesses with a target of $1M in profit by the time they graduate. Annual tuition is $150K, backed by a guarantee: $1M in profit by graduation, or full tuition reimbursement. The program begins in New York City in Fall 2026 with a cohort of 20 students, with plans to grow to 1,000. Our families represent some of the world's most accomplished and discerning individuals — many with wealth in the hundreds of millions or billions. Every one of those relationships requires a dedicated owner from initial contact through enrollment and beyond.
This role resembles managing investor relations at a premier fund far more than running admissions at a traditional private school. You will steward a portfolio of high-net-worth prospects, guide them through a rigorous engagement process, secure their commitment to a significant decision, and sustain that relationship over years so trust deepens: they re-enroll, they enroll siblings, and they refer peers.
Much like a fund, the calendar divides into two phases: an active season focused on cultivating relationships with prospective families and advancing them toward commitment, and a maintenance season dedicated to keeping enrolled families engaged, informed, and satisfied enough to renew their trust and introduce others.
Within six months, you will own the complete pipeline of prospective families in NYC — each will have an established relationship with you, and school leadership will no longer be the constraint on any relationship outside the highest tier. Families in the Fall 2027 cohort will have been personally guided from initial interest through enrollment, every enrolled family will be receiving proactive touchpoints on a regular cadence, and you will have created the first iteration of the messaging framework and relationship playbook that does not yet exist.
At the twelve-month mark, the NYC enrollment process will function as a system under your stewardship, not an ad hoc effort — you will be able to describe the pipeline, conversion metrics, and the status of every family relationship at any moment. Enrolled families will be renewing their confidence and generating referrals; retention and referral outcomes will be directly attributable to your work.
As the program expands toward 1,000 students across multiple cities, you will build and lead the enrollment function — recruiting, developing, and defining the family experience across all locations. You are entering at the foundational stage of the function that will determine whether Founders School attracts and retains the right families.
