If you're someone who draws people in, recalls every name, and keeps connections alive long after the initial meeting, this is for you.
Alpha is reimagining education. Students finish their core curriculum in just two hours daily through AI-powered learning, dedicating the remainder of their time to developing essential skills: critical thinking, communication, entrepreneurship, and practical execution. Families select Alpha not due to promotional efforts, but because they encounter something unavailable elsewhere. This position exists to deliver that encounter.
You'll establish and expand the community that attracts outstanding families to Alpha and guides them to choose us confidently over all competing schools. You'll manage the personal dimension of admissions—from a family's first event through enrollment—crafting memorable moments that establish trust well before any commitment. You'll organize events, cultivate relationships, personally guide prospective families, and transform accepted applicants into enrolled students. This position suits someone who has previously built authentic communities, excels when engaging groups, and recognizes that relationships fuel important decisions. You'll collaborate directly with the Director of Admissions, Heads of School, and Admissions Associate while contributing to the framework that will guide Alpha's expansion.
If you've created communities people truly valued joining and the prospect of transforming education excites you, we want to connect.
Establish a flourishing community that reliably draws exceptional families and converts accepted students into enrolled students, generating consistent admissions growth for Alpha.
