Description

You are Alpha's first point of contact. For the majority of families, you decide whether they can envision their child succeeding here. For external audiences, you exemplify what the future of education represents.

Our flagship K-8 campus in Austin is seeking someone capable of establishing the benchmark for an entire network. This campus welcomes prospective families, education leaders, media representatives, investors, international delegations, and corporate partners who wish to experience Alpha directly. Each interaction must leave visitors certain they have witnessed something remarkable.

Alpha has redefined what school can be. Students achieve academic mastery in only two hours daily through adaptive technology, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing real-world skills via workshops, projects, and life experiences. As expansion continues, our flagship campus functions as the reference point for every new location. The experience you design here will do more than affect Austin enrollment—it will determine how Alpha is understood worldwide. This position requires exceptional hospitality, operational precision, and executive-level presence. You will support families through one of their most significant decisions regarding their child while representing Alpha to distinguished visitors from across the globe. You understand how to ensure every visitor feels welcomed, every tour feels tailored, and every conversation underscores why Alpha stands apart from all other schools.

If you find energy in cultivating meaningful relationships, excel when representing organizations held to exceptional standards, and seek work that shapes the future of education, we want to speak with you.

What you will be doing

• Lead exceptional admissions experiences through personalized tours, information sessions, and enrollment discussions that enable families to choose Alpha with confidence.

• Function as the ambassador for Alpha's flagship campus by hosting media representatives, international delegations, corporate partners, investors, education leaders, and other distinguished guests.

• Develop trusted relationships with prospective families by understanding their objectives and illustrating how Alpha's model supports students in reaching their full potential.

• Refine the flagship admissions experience continuously by recognizing opportunities to enhance every interaction point and create best practices scalable across the network.

• Collaborate closely with campus leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to guarantee every visitor experience embodies Alpha's dedication to excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

• Processing applications from behind a desk with limited interaction. This role is highly visible and relationship-focused.

• Adhering to rigid tour scripts or transactional enrollment methods. Each family and visitor warrants a thoughtful, customized experience.

• Dedicating your time to administrative paperwork rather than engaging with prospective families and distinguished guests.

• Representing a single campus. Your efforts will shape the admissions benchmark for Alpha's growing network.

Key responsibilities

Design exceptional admissions and visitor experiences that position Alpha's flagship campus as the benchmark for educational excellence, driving enrollment while presenting the future of learning to families and influential visitors worldwide.

Candidate requirements

• 5+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, premium membership, high-value services, or owner-operated businesses).

• Proven ownership of a complete admissions, enrollment, or consultative client journey, covering application, needs assessment, solution presentation, commitment, and onboarding.

• Proven ownership of enrollment growth or a comparable high-value customer-acquisition objective, involving proactive lead generation, local market or community partnership development, and measurable conversion or growth results.

• Experience overseeing multiple, simultaneous prospective clients or families across various stages of a pipeline through a CRM, database, or other documented tracking system.

• Capacity to provide specific examples of consultative decision-making, including advising against your product or service when it was not the appropriate fit.

• Experience facilitating in-person tours, presentations, consultations, or hosted experiences for prospective families, senior executives, VIP clients, or other high-profile guests.

• Experience creating professional written communications for executives, high-net-worth clients, or other senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to live in or relocate within 60 days to Austin, TX.

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience directing admissions, enrollment, guest experience, or customer success operations within a high-growth organization.

• Experience hosting executive-level visitors, media representatives, VIP clients, or public-facing events.

• Experience enhancing customer or visitor journeys through data, feedback, and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions or customer relationship platforms.
