Students advance approximately 2x faster through roughly 2 concentrated hours of daily learning, with performance tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to transform qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and active participation.

This is not a limited, scripted SDR function. You will manage the complete conversion journey from consultative exploration through closing to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks that guide team execution, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost both quality and velocity without reducing messages to impersonal templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations that assess compatibility, address concerns, and produce a definitive enrollment or disqualification decision
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM through proactive outreach, rapid responses to incoming inquiries, and clearly defined next actions in every interaction
  • Establish precise onboarding and progression expectations prior to closing, then shepherd new enrollments through initial stages to secure active involvement
  • Deploy AI tools for call preparation, outreach personalization, and throughput enhancement while preserving context and precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks derived from actual win/loss data and performance metrics to drive more consistent team conversions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending mass generic sequences or relying on scripts that evade substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without validating fit or without transparent communication about onboarding and early progression realities
  • Transferring a new enrollment and assuming someone else will address early confusion or churn indicators
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack influence over process improvement or sales methodology

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, comprehend the onboarding path, and participate actively from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capability to facilitate consultative sales discussions that establish transparent expectations and produce a clear yes/no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or process with zero missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that remains personal, precise, and contextually appropriate
  • Practical application of AI tools to enhance sales execution quality and efficiency (beyond merely producing generic content)
  • Capacity to function autonomously in a rapidly evolving, uncertain environment while delivering quantifiable results
  • Availability for a remote, full-time position, working predominantly during US Central Time Zone business hours (with some schedule flexibility)

Nice to have

  • Background selling education, tutoring, homeschool, or subscription offerings with a complex, high-consideration purchase cycle
  • History of creating accessible sales playbooks or processes that teammates genuinely implement
