Students typically advance at twice the speed in approximately two concentrated hours per day, with achievement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your mission is to convert vetted leads into enrolled families and guarantee their opening weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and participation.

This is not a confined, script-dependent SDR function. You will control the entire conversion journey—from consultative exploration through closing to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team relies on, including AI-powered workflows that enhance both quality and velocity without reducing messages to bland templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions that assess alignment, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your CRM pipeline with proactive outreach, rapid replies to incoming inquiries, and clearly defined next actions in every interaction
  • Establish precise onboarding and ramp timelines prior to closing, then shepherd new enrollments through initial milestones to secure active participation
  • Apply AI solutions to call preparation, tailored messaging, and workflow acceleration without sacrificing context or precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss data and performance metrics so the team closes more reliably

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending mass generic campaigns or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without validating fit or without transparently describing the onboarding and early ramp experience
  • Passing off a new enrollment and assuming others will resolve early confusion or churn warning signs
  • Operating in a low-autonomy setting where you lack influence over process improvements or sales approach

Key responsibilities

This position ensures that vetted prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, comprehend the onboarding pathway, and participate from day one.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capacity to facilitate consultative sales dialogues that establish transparent expectations and yield a firm yes/no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or process with zero missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication that remains personalized, precise, and contextually relevant
  • Practical application of AI tools to enhance sales quality and productivity (beyond mere generic text generation)
  • Capability to function autonomously in a dynamic, uncertain environment while delivering quantifiable results
  • Availability for a remote, full-time position, working predominantly during US Central Time Zone business hours (some flexibility permitted)
