Students typically progress at twice the speed of traditional methods, dedicating approximately two focused hours each day, with advancement tracked through benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us because they seek measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to convert qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and active participation.

This is not a narrowly defined, script-dependent SDR position. You will manage the entire conversion journey—from in-depth consultative discovery through contract close to early engagement. You will also contribute to developing the team's operational playbooks, including AI-supported workflows that enhance both quality and efficiency without reducing communications to impersonal templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations that assess alignment, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your CRM pipeline with timely follow-ups, rapid responses to incoming inquiries, and clearly defined next steps after every interaction
  • Establish realistic onboarding and ramp timelines before finalizing enrollment, then support new families through initial steps to confirm active engagement
  • Apply AI technologies to call preparation, outreach personalization, and workflow acceleration while preserving context and precision
  • Develop and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss analysis and performance metrics to improve team-wide conversion consistency

What you will NOT be doing

  • Deploying high-volume, impersonal outreach sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing enrollments without validating fit or without articulating what the onboarding phase and early progression entail
  • Transferring a newly enrolled family and expecting another team member to resolve early confusion or attrition warning signs
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack influence over process refinement or team sales methodology

Key responsibilities

This position ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who begin with confidence, comprehend the onboarding process, and participate actively from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative sales conversations that set clear expectations and drive a decisive yes/no
  • Proven ownership of a pipeline or workflow with zero dropped follow-ups and disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Strong written and verbal communication that stays personal, accurate, and contextual
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of sales execution (not just to generate generic text)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment and still produce measurable outcomes
  • Availability for a remote, full-time schedule, working primarily within US Central Time Zone hours (some flexibility allowed)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling education, tutoring, homeschool, or subscription programs with a high-consideration buyer journey
  • Track record of building lightweight sales playbooks or workflows that other sellers actually adopt
  • Comfort using data to spot conversion patterns across stages (discovery, follow-up, close, early activation)
