Lead the charge in AI-driven operations and redefine what's possible in educational expansion.
What you will be doing
- Heading one of the five pivotal operational domains: Authorization, Build-Out, Platforms, Finance, or PMO.
- Innovating solutions to unprecedented challenges in your domain using AI, automation, and agile methodologies.
- Crafting comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and runbooks that are scalable across multiple school environments.
- Navigating real-world challenges involving vendors, regulators, systems, and staff with finesse.
- Visiting campuses as necessary to deploy and test the effectiveness of your operational strategies.
What you will NOT be doing
- Waiting on product or engineering teams to develop your operational tools—take initiative to prototype or automate solutions yourself.
- Relying on AI for basic SOP creation—develop innovative solutions that truly address operational needs.
- Being confined to a central office—your role involves on-site execution and tangible results.
- Delegating your strategic plans to others for execution—you will manage the process from start to finish.

Develop and execute systems within your designated operations pillar to enable the rapid, precise, and AI-enhanced growth of our school network.
Candidate requirements
- Residing in North America with the flexibility to travel 25-75% as necessary.
- Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic, autonomous operational role.
- Exceptional analytical and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset, humility, and strong sense of ownership.
- Background in one or more of the following areas: regulatory compliance, facilities development, SaaS user onboarding, FP&A, or technology vendor management.
- Proficient in utilizing AI as a fundamental tool, akin to how others use spreadsheets.
- Proven experience in creating automations, systematizing workflows, and experimenting with vibe-coding for practical or innovative purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly master new domains (legal, finance, compliance, systems, etc.).
