Real Estate Launch Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

If you're someone who eliminates disorder before it reaches the timeline, ensures stakeholders stay informed proactively, and finds satisfaction in being the force that keeps operations running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

This position controls the real estate workflow following LOI execution: from pushing essential documentation over the line to managing inspections, landlord communications, internal transitions, and executive property visits. You're not hired to document meetings. You're hired to guarantee nothing falls through the cracks, nothing stalls, and every team has the resources required to convert an unoccupied property into a functioning school — without delay.

You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization founded on an ambitious premise: students absorb more during two concentrated hours than within a conventional eight-hour school schedule. As we establish schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational backbone for every opening — allowing the real estate division to concentrate on growth while you execute flawlessly through completion.

If you excel at transforming disorder into structured coordination, we're eager to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing landlord coordination post-LOI: gathering documents, arranging inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining persistent follow-through — with nothing overlooked.
  • Channeling internal requirements through Operations, Treasury, and Legal — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they need for timely execution.
  • Maintaining live document oversight, organized file systems, and transaction status updates — so all parties reference one accurate, up-to-date information source.
  • Orchestrating executive property visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize every inspection.
  • Organizing internal real estate gatherings and school openings — confirming locations, entry, supplies, and participants are confirmed and prepared.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting progress reports — you'll control the tracking system and establish transparency immediately.
  • Awaiting instructions on next steps — this position requires proactive individuals who anticipate needs ahead of time.
  • Designing polished presentations or shaping real estate strategy — your responsibility centers on implementation, not marketing collateral or deal structuring.
  • Overseeing prolonged closing procedures — your scope covers everything following the LOI, not what precedes it.
  • Hand-holding participants — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to navigate friction, assert boundaries appropriately, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee that all operational, legal, and logistical activities between LOI signing and lease finalization are executed swiftly, precisely, and without revisions, facilitating accelerated property integration and school launch timelines.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing intricate, multi-phase logistics within high-velocity settings
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease language
  • Demonstrated capability to sustain organized digital filing architectures with transparent structure and version management
  • Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-through and stakeholder correspondence
  • Verified ownership of interdepartmental initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and outputs
  • Track record of streamlining or systematizing repetitive processes through foundational tools or procedures
  • Skilled with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative trackers, scheduling systems, and communication tools
  • Prepared to travel up to 50% when required
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
