Description

If you're someone who prevents chaos from ever touching the schedule, ensures everyone stays informed without prompting, and finds satisfaction in being the reason operations run smoothly, this is for you.

This position controls the entire post-LOI real estate workflow: managing everything from pushing essential documents to completion to orchestrating inspections, landlord communications, internal transitions, and executive site visits. Your role isn't about documentation. It's about ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, nothing gets postponed, and every stakeholder receives what they need to transform an empty facility into a fully functioning school — on schedule.

You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization founded on a compelling premise: students absorb more during two concentrated hours than in a conventional eight-hour school day. As we launch schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational backbone of every opening — allowing the real estate team to concentrate on growth while you execute flawlessly through to completion.

If you excel at converting disorder into structure, we're looking for you.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing post-LOI landlord interactions: gathering documents, scheduling inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining consistent follow-through — with no loose ends.
  • Directing internal requests through Ops, Treasury, and Legal channels — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they require to move forward without bottlenecks.
  • Maintaining live document tracking, file organization, and deal progress — ensuring every participant operates from one unified, up-to-date information source.
  • Organizing executive site visit logistics: coordinating flights, ground transportation, schedules, and site preparation to optimize the value of every trip.
  • Orchestrating internal real estate events and school openings — confirming venues, access arrangements, materials, and participant attendance are secured and prepared.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting status updates — you'll control the tracking system and establish clarity from the outset.
  • Waiting to be told your next move — this position demands proactive individuals who anticipate needs ahead of time.
  • Designing polished presentations or shaping real estate strategy — your domain is execution, not proposal development or deal structuring.
  • Overseeing lengthy closing timelines — your concentration is exclusively on post-LOI activities, not pre-LOI stages.
  • Hand-holding stakeholders — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to navigate friction, provide pushback when appropriate, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee all operational, legal, and logistical activities between LOI and lease execution are delivered swiftly, precisely, and without revision, facilitating accelerated property acquisition and school launch timelines.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase logistics in high-velocity environments
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease agreements
  • Demonstrated capability to sustain organized digital filing systems with transparent structure and version management
  • Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-through and stakeholder correspondence
  • Confirmed track record of owning cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and outputs
  • Experience automating or standardizing repetitive processes using foundational tools or systems
  • Skilled with platforms like Google Drive, shared tracking systems, calendars, and communication tools
  • Available to travel up to 50% as required
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
